The Old King Abdicates

You're royal majesty, you can't do that! The humble servant kneel and beg his king. And why is that? The king asked. It's far too long that we have ruled and this kingdom has prosper on its own. What they need is not a king but a leader. Little did anyone knows, the legends has it that the royal has the longest history in ruling the kingdom. It has build many friends with the neighboring country. Everyone is ally and not one shall be each other's nemesis. Everyone should deserve a peaceful life and the royal had done enough. Therefore, it's time for the abdication to be take place. Till then, a new leader called the prime minister has been assigned to rule the kingdom. At first, no one likes the new system but as years passed by, people grew fond of it and more people wanted to join the council to help their people. And that's it got to what it has become today. Believe it or not, our ancestor, the great king was the very first who started such system and the rumours started to spread like wildfire where every country adopted this. It has been said that the royal abdication that give birth to a new era.
