Saved by The Abbot

It wasn't exactly a peaceful time. It's when monster roam freely. People were scares to go out even though there were soldiers guarding the places. However, there was one place where it's completely safe which is the monastery. It's a place where monsters were born and being unleashed. It was clearly a night, scream shrills all over the place. People eventually woke up and went outside of their house to check on what is going on. Once they step out of their house, monsters flew over and took them away. Many runs separately as the whole place was swarm by the monsters where there's absolutely no where to flee to. At the far corner, a man open a door. The door was as tall as a four story and as heavy as an elephant. It seems like a mission impossible for an old man to open the door by himself. However, he did it with ease. He wave his hands signaling us to enter the monastery. Everyone began to run towards the far corner. Some did not make it there. Some was heavily wounded from all the running and dodging the attacks from the monster. Do not worry, my child. The monster will never get into this place as this was where the monster born and dies. The Abbot says while many were still shivering from fear. When the sun rise, the town was filled with dead bodies and looked dead. There were blood splat everywhere on the walls and signs of people resisting from the monster. People were fortunate to be saved by the Abbot but they now know the truth behind all these. They do not know how to live anymore.
